We receive personal information by telephone orders, email, online enquiry forms from our website or posted order forms.
Someone may order on your behalf such as a close family member, personal carer, health professional or equipment purchasing company, and they will be asked to provide this information on your behalf if you have a disabling condition that prevents you from doing so.
The personal information we are required to share about you to our courier company is transferred electronically via a secure booking platform. This will include –

- Signature and name of the person who accepts the delivery

If you have chosen to personally arrange collection of your order from our warehouse we will not share any personal information with the courier company.
If you are using the C & S Seating website to communicate to us via the feedback form you will be asked to submit information. When you submit information, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of that information for that specific purpose.
Our Company Data Controller ensures all data is received, processed, used and stored within guidelines set out within the Data Protection Act 1998, Human Rights Act 1998 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
